IppoMart is a quick-commerce platform that connects customers with local partner stores and delivery partners. We enable ordering of groceries, essentials, and other products for delivery to your doorstep. Our mobile app is scheduled to launch in August 2026 and services may initially be offered in preview or limited launch phases in select cities.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use IppoMart. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Product availability, pricing, and delivery times are determined by partner stores and may vary by location. We strive to display accurate information but do not guarantee that all descriptions, prices, or availability are error-free. IppoMart reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

• Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and charges will be displayed before checkout
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and availability

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable fees and taxes.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on demand, weather, traffic, store preparation time, and other factors. IppoMart and its delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders promptly but are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on order status, partner store policies, and applicable law. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Store owners and delivery partners using IppoMart agree to comply with separate partner terms, applicable laws, and quality standards. IppoMart acts as a technology platform connecting users, stores, and riders and is not the seller of products listed by partner stores unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to:

• Use IppoMart for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its security features
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any part of our services without permission

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on IppoMart are owned by IppoMart or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written consent.

IppoMart is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IppoMart and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of IppoMart after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
